Rachelle Swanson – Owner

Rachelle Swanson is the Owner of Purpose Profit Pro, a bookkeeping company which provides both in-person and remote solutions for clients in Omaha, Nebraska and throughout the U.S. She is most passionate about cleaning up messy books and providing her clients with clean, easy-to-explain numbers and reports.

Rachelle is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks® Online ProAdvisor and part of the ProAdvisor Program Elite. Some of the recent projects she has completed for clients include converting three sister companies that were embezzlement victims from paper to QuickBooks Online, assisting in an IOLTA (Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts) state audit, and providing cash flow advisory consulting for an architect.

Rachelle’s software experience includes TSheets time-tracking software, ReceiptBank data entry automation software, and Clio, a practice management application for attorneys. Her skillset also includes strategic planning, curriculum design, and educational technology.

Prior to starting her own business, Rachelle worked as a bookkeeper and academic tutor. When she’s not working, she enjoys feeding the birds, walking her dog, eating cookies, and playing games with her kids. She previously volunteered at Homeschool Teen Serve and
